Karel Zak 14a0cafb92 mount: (old) remove hybrid libmount code 
The hybrid version with old mount and new mtab management from
libmount is not more supported.

Only two versions are supported:

  1/ old mount in mount-deprecated/, --enable-deprecated-mount

  2/ new sys-utils/mount.c, enabled by default
