* the old MOUNTPOINT is backwardly compatible and it (usually) displays the
last device mountpoint from /proc/self/mountinfo

The shells are very restrictive about variable names, only [:alnum:]
chars are allowed (and alphabetic chars as the first char). The
library will replace "bad" chars with "_". The char '%' at the end is
replaced by _PCT.

There is value in ensuring that manual page sections use consistently
named sections, as far as possible, and also that sections have a
consistent order within manual pages. This is one of a series of patches
to place manual page sections in a consistent order.
In this patch, we ensure that the NOTES, HISTORY, BUGS, and EXAMPLE
sections are always placed near the end of the page, just above
AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT, SEE ALSO, and AVAILABILITY.
One page is not fixed by this patch: term-utils/agetty.8. This page
is a mess of unusual section names, and probably requires an individual
edit.
Testing that no gross editing mistake (causing accidental loss or addition
of text) was performed as follows:
$ cat $(grep '\.SH' -l $(find . -name '*.[1-9]') |sort) | sort > a
[Apply patch]
$ cat $(grep '\.SH' -l $(find . -name '*.[1-9]') |sort) | sort > b
$ diff a b
$ echo $?
0

There is quite some value (in terms of readability and user
expectations) if consistent names are used for the sections
within manual pages. This patch is one of a series to bring
about this consistency.
Currently we have EXIT STATUS (18), EXIT CODES (3), RETURN CODE (7),
RETURN CODES (1), or RETURN VALUE (4 instances in pages that document
commands, rather than functions).
Let's standardize on the EXIT STATUS (which is also what is
suggested in man-pages(7), and is the POSIX terminology).
A subsequent patch will clean up corresponding miswordings in
manual page text.

Since v2.34 --list prints devices only once to make the output
user-readable. Unfortunately, it's regression for scripts/applications
where we need to parse lsblk output. So, let's make --pairs and --raw
backwardly compatible with versions before 2.34 and print all hierarchy.

Change a HYPHEN-MINUS (code 0x55, 2D) to a minus (\-), if in front of
1) a name of an option
2) a negative number to be printed.
See man-pages(7) [Debian package "manpages"].
The output from "nroff" is unchanged.

Add a comma (,) after "e.g." and "i.e.", or use English words
(man-pages(7) [package "manpages"]).
Abbreviation points should be protected (usually with the
non-printing, zero width character '\&') from being interpreted as an
end of sentence, if they are not, and that independent of their current
place on the line.
This is important when typing, as one does not usually know in
advance when the editor jumps to a new line.

The target use-case are systems with large number of multi-path
devices or systems with duplicate (copied) filesystems.
The feature is flexible enough to use arbitrary column (for example
WWM or UUID, ...) as de-duplication key.

Now lsblk uses --list when --sort <column> is specified. This patch
allows to specify --tree to overwrite this default behavior add to
force tree-like output. In this case tree branches are sorted by the
<column>.

In the majority of pages, pathnames are formatted as Italic,
which is the norm. However, there are several cases where they
are formatted as bold. This patch fixes a number of those
exceptions.

* Order SEE ALSO entries first by section name, then alphabetically
within section
* Adds one or two missing commas in SEE ALSO lists
* Removes one or two periods that were (inconsistently) used

This env.variable forces libsmartcols to use visible padding chars.
The standard debug has to be enabled (to minimize overhead for
non-debug execution).
For example:

This implementation allow to sort output by arbitrary output column.
Note that output is always converted to human readable strings, but
sort functions in many cases work with original data (stored as
private data to cells by scols_cell_set_userdata()).

Simple command line for gathering information as many as possible is
useful when understanding a system, especially when trouble shooting.
This patch introduces -O option which enables all available columns.
